Day 8 - Metallic withe Lorelei's Tiara

I love this polish, but I hate how all glitter polish comes off in giant chunks. I always have my right index finger pop right off! It's ridiculous. 

This is technically a glitter, but I consider metallic to be gold and silver, so I think it counts! I love that I keep justifying and making up rules as I go.

So many sparkles. It's like an ice queen. If I was the snow queen I'd wear this all the time.

I should have bought a backup bottle...it's almost half gone :(

Day 7 - Black and White

Hello! For the black and white day, I went with two Orly's from the Holiday Soiree collection of last winter - Au Champagne and Androgynie.

My momma came to visit me - she's a piano player. So I stamped my white accent nail with Konad plate m73 for her. She loved it!

Androgynie let me down - not a lot of the hex glitter made it to the nail. I love Au Champagne though! The perfect pearly white. It reminds me of melted marshmellow.

I'm weird when I stamp - I stamp so it looks right to me. I look at my hands a lot. I'm stamping selfish I guess!

Day Six (?) - a-England Ascalon

The question mark is in the title because this seemingly holo gray has a purple duochrome, I swear! Did I get it on camera? Of course not. So I wore it for Purple day, and it failed. I revisit this when I wear Princess Tears.

I really enjoyed wearing this! I need to get me some more a-England! Especially St. George and Princess Sabra.

There's purple....I swear...I really hope this counts :)

Day Five - Nubar Blue Hydrangea and Revlon Whimsical

FINALLY

I got this idea from the blog Caitt's nails - which layered Glitter in the Air over Blue Hydrangea...I'm too poor to afford the Lippmann, but I have the knockoff and today seemed like the perfect day to wear it.

 I'm ready to lose the two followers I do have over these next photos - my pointer finger is severely red and gross looking, and my middle finger isn't much better.

It hurts just looking at it.

Hidden equals better! I must have been stress picking my cuticles - I do that a lot without realizing it.

...Caitt's looks better I think!

Day Four - Nerd Lacquer Don't Panic

I love this colour. It's lime green with tiny copper flecks in it! This is the third polish I got from my (so far) only Nerd Lacquer haul!

It's really sheer, and if I can find a good base for it it will conserve it much more. You can already see how much I have used.

It's sparkles like crazy, even though it hasn't been sunny here in a long, long time.

I'm feeling some nail art for tomorrow! Stay tuned!

Day Three - Zoya Pippa

Uh.....right...yellow.

I have two yellow polishes, ChG Lighthouse and Zoya Pippa. I've never used Pippa and I figured today was as good as any day.

I really wanted to like it. In actuality it wasn't bad, I just wasn't inspired by it today. It's rainy, that's my excuse.

So I went and ruined it more by adding Black Shatter. Now I'm removing it as soon as I put it on.

Day Two - Zoya Gwin

Hi y'all - I'm so excited to wear this lady! I got this around Christmas in a swap and I held off from using it until now. I just looked at it in the bottle, and fell more in love everyday.

This was my best attempt to catch the green/yellow flash that is in the bottle

So pretty! I don't wear orange a lot, but it is my favourite! I'm waiting for Lana in the mail so maybe there will be a faceoff.

This is kind of a blahh shot but it's the best on at this angle. It looks much better....

RIGHT HERE! BAM POW!

Maybe tomorrow I will get it in the sunlight because...

I got my first llarowe order which had Princess Tears and Ascalon! I want to photo my swatches in the sun to try them out. Naturally I would get these right after I started the challenge...I always have my toes to paint!

30 Day Challenge BEGINS with OPI Love is a Racket!

I'm so excited to start this finally! This may seem like a weird time to start it, but the week that requires the most nail art I'll be home on my reading week. It gives me something to do I guess.

I have so many awesome reds. I decided to take a chance on this one, which I'd only worn once as a pedi. It turns out I like it a lot, and will permanently take up residence in my stash!

Two things - that bottle shot is not mine. I snagged it from google images because I forgot to photo mine. Also, my thumb looks rather wonky, because of a ridiculous nail break.

I usually can't pull of wearing these reds in terms of clothing. I have to do a cool red as opposed to a tomato red. I do really like it on my nails though.
